Daily
A daily toolbox talk takes place on every site, and each worker is made awair of their daily tasks, as well as any hazards and how to deal with them.

Weekly
Every week a site inspection is completed using a time-tested checklist. This checklist helps identify and address potential hazards and deficiencies.

Monthly
The KSC  Health & Safety Team conducts a mandatory monthly meeting for foremen, project managers and estimators. During these open-forum meetings, participants discuss health and safety issues, learn about new regulations and share their best practices. This information is shared with the field during the next daily meeting.
